"The Internet without Ads" should be the pitch to normies, imo. No bitcoin, no censorship resistance. The internet without Ads is something most anyone is going to find appealing about nostr.

If there's enough attention coming to nostr, the ads will come while it might not be network serving it will be in the form of "content" in feeds.

People be selling, you can't stop em from selling

certainly, but its at least seemingly possible to have business models outside of the ad model here so my hope is this is where alternative business models go to thrive 🤙
