Only some of the current asymmetric / public key algorithms (RSA, elliptic curve). Most symmetric algorithms (e.g. AES) go unaffected.

Yeah, I know. But there are some claims that RSA 2048 could already be cracked with an existing quantum computer, so the race could be quite tight.
