It's a classic in the life of a deep tech guy...in the end you become less tech lover then normies. I worked in a company for home automation sector: garage openers, gate openers, rolling shutters and so on...the day they introduced a remote control for automations i decided that I never wanted an automated device in my home, but all the younger people and no tech people were super enthusiast about internet connection of device.
