can you explain how you came to this conclusion? for example russians have been trying to take Pokrovsk for about 8 months now
Ukrainians themselves came up with 886M of TOTAL damage inflicted with strikes into Russia for the entire SMO. So now suddenly they hit it big with one single strike and doubled the damage and as proof we get to see smoke plumes with no noticeable secondary explosions?

I absolutely understand the need to come with stories of lucky strikes to "boost morale" especially when the front is about to collapse. But outside observers engaging in self hypnosis is a different thing.
