I am forever classing myself as a separate entity. But you are completely correct. The spoon method is the easiest way of describing. Fortunately, or unfortunately, it’s impossible to understand until you are the one unable to move from your bed, get in the shower/bath, eat.. it’s a daily battle. I appreciate you for trying, it’s all we can do 🫶🏼✨💖
