Had a pork chop tonight. We harvest our first steer in 6-7 months... Not that I'm counting or anything 😏
Split this 20 oz ribeye cap with my friend. This is almost always what we get when he's in town and we go here. A better, fattier version of their standard ribeye. Outstanding, as are those mushrooms. I need to go back 😞
