They say the capacity is 250lb on the single pair. But idk if I would trust it. For sure, the plywood and the anchor screws would probably be the first point of failure.

With the 2 drawers out, and just the stove in, it sinks ~2 inches below the level. It seems to be able to keep up with ~40lb static pressure without any big bending. But you probably don't want to risk letting kids using it as monkey bars.

I'm thinking about finding some small height 12v car fridge and then rebuilt it for that custom height. And probably switching just to a single burner for the sake of space savings.
