Total zap amounts in and out are fairly useless stats on their own anyway. People send and receive zaps for all sorts of reasons: tipping for content, buying products, payment for work done, charitable donations, wallet tests, zapvertising, zapathons, paying each other back for dinner out, etc. It isnโt accurate, doesnโt account for private zaps. In my opinion it causes more confusion to show it than not.
i donโt fake my zaps though. You canโt fake zaps for other people, you can only do it for yourself

Agreed. I heard only 8 million of a ~ $2 Trillion asset funds FOSS developers. We need less price talk and more funding. We just need to figure out how to make "a pull request" to solve this.
