Yeah, I agree with that. I try to look past that. Thatâs #nostr the community, not the technology.

It does hurt some of its adoption just like the association with bitcoin pushes some talent away, but that seems fine for now as long as it doesnât turn into a next level 4chan form âď¸censorship resistance will always bring in some of the âweirdoâs â first đ
Thatâs why I am turning to communities that have real problems to solve. #nostr actually becomes invisible, but I know that there is no better way to solve.
nostr:npub1r30l8j4vmppvq8w23umcyvd3vct4zmfpfkn4c7h2h057rmlfcrmq9xt9ma told me about his education proposal and it does something similar highlighting the technology benefit as a stack to build on for solving a interoperability problem. Instead of creating a new problem to solve đ itâs a good approach but resistance will be tough in some industries. had a conversation with a couple people from the pharmacy sector at FOSDEM about the health part thatâs being researched and developed on Nostr. key leakage and rotation would / could be a major issue. Once patient data is out there you are royally screwed. So they are skeptic as they should in that industry đ
Yeah, thatâs why #nostr #safebox has its own key separate from the user. If the user key is compromised, then if good hygiene the safebox key is not compromised. Also implementing a burn to new key which IMHO is better than key rotation.
That sounds amazing is it specâd in a nip ? Been looking into some of the key rotation / derivative key setups but nothing seemed to be in a spec yet
