Yes, there are. Definitely! I used to be one of them back when I was a strictly fiat-minded individual. It's not the correct way to think and people maintaining that prospect are most likely the ones that will sell, from my experience, due to many (not all) of them being secret fiat maxis who still see bitcoin as just an investment. They also have a tendency to be the least educated in the bitcoin community, though, that shouldn't come off as a big surprise, imo. Point is, that using spite as a motivator is petty and almost always drives those who are close to you away. Sure, you'll have plenty of fiat, but money (including Bitcoin), even from a conceptual perspective is just another arbitrary creation and representation of the evils of humanity's lust for greed and power. Also, what's money without friends and family? Nothing. You basically become some human husk with no emotion or love coming from anyone or being dispensed to anyone (a modern day Dorian Gray).

Now, do I think Bitcoin is a better alternative to our current system? Yep. Do I think it will play a large role in the depletion (or suppression) of power held by tyrannical corpo-governments? Definitely. The decentralized aspect of the blockchain alone grant the commoners with that power. Do I think most common folk will buy directly in to bitcoin? No, unfortunately not. Just like every great paradigm shift throughout the millenia, MANY will die. That's Darwinism for ya, folks🤷!

FYI, here's my unpopular opinion: the btc blockhain is far more important than the actual currency itself. Far too many in the btc community still focus too heavily on the ngu aspect. This'll piss off the bitcoin circlejerkers, for sure but... oh well🤷. Lol rant over!
