Changing things up today.

I’ve intermittent fasted for years now.

Today I’m switching my feeding time from 2-8 to 10-4

Being further from further away from my bedtime I hope to improve sleep.

Lately I’ve been crashing in the afternoon. Maybe this will help with that too.

That looks awesome!

This change interests me. I find that skipping breakfast works better for my schedule so I can work un-interrupted then eat dinner same time as family. Keep me posted on how it works for you!

That was my reason too. Wake up early. Coffee, and 6 or 8 hours of work before breakfast.

Will try this for a few weeks and update 👊
