Doctor, I hate to inform you, but humans are not evolved for carnivore diets. We need to supplement meat with nutrients. To think otherwise is nothing short of mental retardation. I’m with you on keto… sort of. Processed food can and will be better for humans than anything from nature. That’s literally why we have intelligence.
