Personally I haven't experience battery drains. Will keep an eye out for it.
What is annoying about Simplex for me - having used Telegram - is how much better Telegram is regarding keeping up with messages in a group. On my phone at least, Simplex won't: tell me people replied to a message of mine, won't allow me to jump to said reply/mention, clicking on the counter to jump up to read unread messages not always works, as well as a few other QoL features Telegram has that Simplex doesn't.
It has a lot of potential though. Hope that gets added soon.
Yes too that but eats 35% of battery phone every charging always background is a too much

That is very strange. Do you use a degoogled phone by any chance?
Oh actually, I have notifications to Start periodically. You may have it set for Always on
Yes I want a always on but battery too much drain I need receive a message when is sent like in a signal happen and battery is not a drain thank you
