Holy shit, the end of the central banks is nearing...
I had to go to the bank to change the mobile number associated with my account so that I can login to the app.
Their biometrics system was down so I had to go again the next day. The next day I get my number changed and I get a text saying the change will take 24-48hrs to complete. 48 hrs later the number changed but I had to call customer support to enable net banking.
4 days to change a number.
