I've come to the place where I think, like ketogenic carnivore, it can be miraculous to wet fast for a single chapter in your life.

7-10 days was the sweet spot for me. I think the average person could probably benefit from 2 or 3 of them in a single year.

Then, as with carnivore, I would transition to a animal foods heavy, natural sugars, low (saturated) fat, omnivorous diet including prepared (soaked, sprouted, fermented, well cooked, etc) veg and loads of mushrooms and vinegars.

Then, simply stick to circadian dry fasting.
