Plan: Through memes, we encourage the U.S. to develop a National Crypto Reserve. Like #Bitcoin reserve, but market cap weighted with all the top shitcoins.

Effect: Grifters get rich, Treasury gets rekt, Attorney General prosecutes the grifters, then Fed prints its way out of the hole.

Aftermath: National consciousness that shitcoins are a scam. State ends up with less Bitcoin. Win win.
