Working from home is nice but I do miss the “roach coach”. Breakfast burritos and tamales rock.
Now I make my own breakfast burritos. I don’t make tamales.
Tamales are time consuming. If you’re going to make 2 dozen then you might as well make 12 just because the setup is the same.
This is why I don’t understand why we don’t have more tamale trucks.
