I do these with custom QRs. Did one recently with a large npub QR on the back as well.

But I can do similar on hoodies, laptop sleeves, mugs, shotglasses, flags, underwear....whatever 😂

And I can do about any graphic that's high res enough, and embed profile pics in the middle of the QR.
