I don't know what to do, bills keep piling up and I don't know how to pay them, can't find another job and Uber isn't paying them anymore.
Trying to figure out how I can be of value to someone to earn more, maybe some work or something, but can't figure it out.
The last three or so months have been murder man, I need to figure something out.

Yeah that's tough, sorry to hear it... It's been a while since I've been in that situation so perhaps perspective is limited, but best thing is to just keep moving forward as best you can.
My advice -- try to keep emotion out of things as much as possible and look at the cold, hard facts. Where can you cut expenses? Is (the irrational emotion of) pride keeping you from (say) moving back in with family or moving in with friends? (Housing is biggest cost for most people)
On the income side -- any way to upskill? Trade school, apprenticeship, etc?

what skills you have vs the market demands vs what your willing to work.
that's probably a good start. If there are gaps in the skill, maybe look into something you can use to upskill yourself. there will be sacrifices but I can assure you, once you find it, it is worth it.
