I was sent a privacy tracker blocker here on nostr. I remember Satoshi's suggestion in the white paper to use Tor So I said, why not, either I'm in or out Sadly I'm out, no friggin idea where the MF is on my mobile phone...

Oh so you downloaded Mullvad? I don’t think librewolf has a mobile app
I’m a complete idjut. This is what I downloaded. 
The android app? Apk or google play?
On iOS mobile (so maybe it was not supported). The privacy protection test said I had protections but some gaps, which scared me. Fear is not a smart place to operate from.

No fear is never a good place to operate from. You said you are on iPhone so use safari. It works pretty good for privacy with a few adjustments.
From Apple App Store: download AdGuard
In iPhone settings for safari change your search engine to duck duck go and turn on all the privacy settings if they are not on. For extra credit use a VPN like proton VPN (has a free option) or Mullvad VPN.
