Global feed can be accessed by the "All Follows" drop-down on the top bar.
In general, just try to long press on things, and you'll discover menu & options.
You can download a sandboxed version of Google Play services and then use eSims instead of a phone plan.
silent.link is the place to go.

It's in the "apps" section. Click on it, then install the google play services (sandbox).
Once enabled, go to silent.link and snag yourself a kyc-free eSim.
