So I have a Spotify account I should’ve downgraded to the free version when I switched to Tidal. Here’s the rub. I can’t find the login for Spotify. Can’t figure out which email it’s associated with and unless I have some email address that I can’t recall. I’m at a total loss. I’m still logged on to Spotify on my iPad. Poked around and can’t figure out how I setup my account originally. I’ve checked every email address for a previous email from Spotify nothing. I just don’t want to be charged again for something I’m not using. Help #AskNostr #Spotify

asked customer support already?

I have to login to contact customer support. I’ve tried their help articles. Says try using the email address you think it might be. It will respond invalid if that’s not the email we have. Apparently they have all my emails and somehow none of my accounts have ever received an email from Spotify. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Under settings it'll list the email address associated with the account.

Where? I feel like I’ve looked under every tab in settings.

Try Home > settings & privacy > account

At least that’s for the iOS app.

It shows username. Then email right under it.

I had to download it on my phone again. It doesn’t show email address on iPad.

So did it show you on iPhone? Just not iPad?

Yep. Done and done. Everything is sorted with Spotify.

Got it sorted. Email isn’t listed on iPad UI only iPhone. Once I redownloaded it on my phone it was pretty simple to sort. Thanks!

So dumb the UI/UX is that different between the two.
