I know it was a very lockdown thing to do (🙄) but I think I'd like to make bread. Never done it. Think you don't need a breadmaker to do it too.
I tried making bread at home in the beginning of covid lockdown. Wasn't easy.

Some of them are easy, the ones that don't need seperating yolk from white and whipping till it puffs.
