Yep. I haven't used swan in ages and they had my email from then. I said I want to close my swan account if it's still open and he said well it looks like there's an external wallet connected, do you remember what that was because we have to unlink it to get that process started. "Was it like a ledger or a trezor or something?" I said sounds like you're trying to social engineer me and boom he hung up.

Very similar experience a few weeks ago. Claimed to be from Swan but I knew it was bogus & I no longer use them. I tried to ask what the scam was, curious if it was to steal from my swan account or my hardware wallet. They played dumb for a minute or two then hung up on me.
