Sure, healthcare can be a joke in the USA. But w/ experience comes the knowledge that some folks just don't deserve to be first in line for treatment when there's others actually trying to better their lives. Big pharm messed this up for lots of worthwhile people. A regular person w/ normal issues shouldn't have to wait for services b/c the junky ran out of meds.
