It's not even that, I get anxiety over checking notifications so I just won't look for days at a time. I just think how they're piling up and I don't wanna spend ages replying to em so I leave it then that anxiety snowballs cuz I know they're building up even more.

Just putting it out there so plebs know I'm not ignoring em.

To me it’s fomo live like right now or fomo catch up to conversation that get me anxious. Having relationships with frens around the world takes some time adjustments and work

Yeah and sometimes I just don't have social energy. Like a lot of the time I don't reply to tests for the same reason.
