Now I can honestly make a case for other platforms and content creators getting paid in the ways they do. Technically, they can bypass the p2p shenanigans and just get a check from corporations for posting their content. Some of y’all might be critical of the methods used and you might not like the content. But it’s effective and lucrative.

While y’all try to boast decentralization, freedom tech, and other stuff over here, the average person doesn’t care right now and they’re not leaving their bread and butter for 10k sats.

Some of y’all might say fine.. we don’t want everyone here. We know. We can see it. It’s empty. Don’t be mad at me. It’s obvious.

Perhaps, y’all should change your messaging along with many other things. If you’re ok with it being like this, then stop accepting new users and keep it small. There are a lot of contradictory statements around here. The messaging is all over the place. Do you want new users or not? Do you want content creators creating content over here or not? Do you want to embrace diverse content or not? Pick a unified message and stick to it. If you want it to be small, predominantly male, Bitcoin content, and a few other things, then embrace it and leave other posters alone.

Sometimes I read through comments and all I can do is shake my head. There’s a poster who gives sats for follows and people have something to say. Why do you even care? It’s better than an auto follow. And it moves sats around. But I digress.
