I can't use the Cash App support website because I use an always on VPN.

I think you're confusing my issue. Cash App is the problem. But for the record, Mullvad is the VPN. SimpleLogin works fine. Cash App just says their email addresses are invalid. I'm guessing they've blocked the entire domain.
