GM nostr... day 5 of my week of and it was everything i dreamed it would be.. 😅

Had a bit of a digital holiday too, just pottering about the house and doing some thinking.. 🤔

And seeing as its the 1st of the month I've set myself a challenge. Three months ago i damaged my shoulder and took some time off from the gym. Ive lost a lot of muscle and gained some fat in that time.

So I'm starting an at home calisthenics program. Here's a few photos to show where I'm starting. On the first of the month i'll post a progress photo.

Kick my arse if i dont.. 👍🏻

BTW the mask is for opsec right now, until i can be uncancelable .. 😉
