It’s all about just getting started & keeping it rolling! :-)
There are also some good, open source podcast solutions around that I have been testing, one that is very complete for a team that I could sign up for easily (open source but subscription)
Oh, and also to keep it weird & unruly of course!! 
My role-model…and with that taken into consideration I’ve done ok…

Never a shortage of the “good” weird in this time.
To be weird is to be unique. And though these swine and their damn violently ignorant spawn have made self sustaining, self sufficient, self understanding, self realizing, all a crime of difference… I’ll wake up every day and be that criminal.
