someone should make a cookbook called “cooking with engine lubricant” and it just has a bunch of dishes that use canola oil.
im offended. canola oil also makes a good wood sealer.

doesn't it smell bad when it turns rancid?
not when its exposed to air and sun heat, and polymerizes.
