Yirgacheffe for the win.
Yirgacheffe is a terrific region. The best roaster for this used to be LaColombe who had a YirgZ that drank like a lemon balm tea with incredible consistency.
Nice! I made Yirgacheffe lattes yesterday morning for my wife & I. They were fantastic. Here are the tasting notes for the Yirg we are roasting.

I went to their website and didn’t see the Yirg. Looks like a special batch they had for a short time.
