Lost me at "stevia". Can't tolerate the taste (and even less that of aspartame). If I have to do sweeteners, it's got to be sugar.

the erythritol helps balance the stevia flavor, but it's still not the straightforward sweetness of sugar.

and erythritol has been linked to increased risk of stroke, but then sugar isn't that great either...

the tradeoff then becomes, which industrialized production method is *less bad.*

doesn't seem worth it for a beverage that's mostly spectacle.

Oh I would say 90% of what I eat is whole unprocessed foods that I cook myself. So I can "afford" real sugar in the very occasional sweetened drink.
