So the biggest change I've noticed from starting our carnivore diet since Jan 1 is that my joint pain disappeared. We lived on the top floor of a huge farmhouse with two sets of stairs that we use daily. Typically my knees would be killing me going up and down the steps... But that pain is virtually gone! I'm diggin' this...big time

The second thing I've noticed is that I have more energy than I know what to do with. 11:00 rolls around and I'm seriously not ready to go to bed. Up until January 1st we were in bed by 8:30.
