You know it's a service worth using when you care enough about it that when they email you telling you the proton terms of service have changed you actually want to read them
Discussion
Okay, I read the terms and conditions, the general privacy policy, and the privacy policy for both proton mail and proton VPN. Admittedly, I am not a lawyer, but as far as I can tell, except for the legal stuff, it looks perfectly fine. But the legal stuff is what I do not understand and will admit to not understanding.
What part of the T&C do you mention as legal stuff?
Primarily, the sections near the bottom about binding arbitration and stuff.
Ahh, I read it through. But this t&c comes from the anglo-saxon law, and this law doesn't applicable in the continental Europe, including Switzerland, where Proton AG resides. This legal text was written by American lawyers, I think.
I have a premium subsribe. Almost all service goes fine. Unfortunatrly the automatic upload to the proton drive isn't developed yet, except photos.
