Dude, that's not a big deal. The REAL problem is that the hours in the day roll over one hour AFTER we switch between AM and PM. That's just messed up. How the hell does 12:30 PM come before 1:30 PM and 11:30 PM that's insane!

Is there no such thing as 12:30 in South Africa? Or maybe do you consider 1:00 to be noon or midnight? What do you do instead?

I don't care if midnight is 0:00 or 1:00. All I ask is that the rollover occurs t midnight. The fact that midnight passes and it's STILL 12 o'clock is insane.
