Tbf I don't think his argument is about superiority, but whether he finds it engaging.
Besides nostr doesn't just talk about nostr, there's also 4 bitcoin slogans being repeated inbetween ;)
Unfortunately that bsky account isn't on the bridge. We could've had a cross-protocol discussion.
