My thing is, what environment are you providing the opportunity for the fungus to grow? Factors include humidity, moisture, temperature and the building you are in. Maybe fix the crawlspace… maybe the pipe that’s leaking… maybe the grading around the home. Air filtration won’t help eliminate the source of airborne spores.
