Israel is far more democratic than the typical Western country, for good and for ill, and their media less devoted to lying. Their core audience knows (and celebrates) what their leadership is doing. Its only the "Hannibal Doctrine" stuff that is controversial. And judging from Oct7 casualties, there is good reason for that.
