Found myself in a loop.

My wrist hurts, because I skipped some days with pushups, and then did 300 pushups in a row doing/trying groups of 40, because that was my progression level.

But now I also skipped for 3 days to rest my wrists, but I have to do 300 again.

Deja vu

So now I will take back the progression, and slowly build up 40 again, so I can progress further.

Let's go!

Had an issue with my shoulder. Just let it cure and do not try to do the ones you missed.

Health is more important than anything.
