The hired labour is taking good care of the 15th century limestone. Rigging with visible tearing, lifted from a tipped up fork, where it could have easily taken an uncontrolled slide down to the back of the forks, or worst case off the end and onto the ground.
I wouldn't show that to the owner lol.
The owner was present and very happy with the results.
One more note on this for anyone interested. That “forklift” articulates, (many don’t) and it was necessary to tilt to miss the top beam whilst placing the head. Also that strap is graded for 8000 lbs. All calculations were made before attempting to set the stone.
