I eat a fuck ton of meat generally but I only eat vegetarian Indian food?

That's because Indian is the only cuisine that properly cooks its vegetables. Who the hell wants bland-ass steamed asparagus? Naw dude.

I just came off of 10 days of beef with no chicken and ate some satay chicken in a apple/butternut squash soup. It made me feel funny.
