On Amethyst, swipe right & choose relay settings.

There will be an option to enter a relay like wss://nos.lol then click Add

Very important - before you leave the screen, click on Post-- that's what actually saves the added relay.

Amethyst has a complex panel to finely control which relay you use for what - with some messing around, you can figure it out
