I actually have a very good list of reasons as to why this makes perfect sense:

• no downstairs neighbors;

• no clutter, because you need space to skate;

• when the other person is upstairs, they hear it;

• if you fall down, it’s prolly a lot easier to get help.

Yet it still kinda doesn’t make sense, right?
