Chili attempt number 3 is the best so far! I used chipotle chili this time, and finally got the perfect amount of cayenne. Just before serving I went crazy and added about a tablespoon of butter to the pot: not kidding when I say SALT AND BUTTER ON EVERYTHING!! Garnished with chopped onion, a sprinkle of mexican cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and half an avocado, cubed. Yβall. π¦
