I ordered this hat last Monday because it said it would deliver before last Friday when I was planning to wear it for my appearance on The Bitcoin Group. The seller took two days to ship, so it didn’t arrive by Friday. Then on Saturday, USPS marked it as “delivered” but it never arrived. I even saw the mail carrier in person and asked if he had a package for me and he said no. So I opened a ticket with eBay. They told me I had to wait 3 days before they would investigate but “not to worry” because my purchase we covered by a “Money back Guarantee.” Today they simply closed my case, saying that the item was delivered. So now, a week later, I’m out $18 for something I never received.

First of all, that ‘s a lovely looking hat 💜

I used to flip football trading cards couple of years ago. Got scammed in a similar way, but as a seller. Apparently the item just “got lost”. They had no proof that my order had not made it to the seller, and I was out of an item and also had to cover the cost of the item as well.

All in all, never used eBay since 🤷‍♂️

It’s not even the cost, it’s how badly it is all set up, and how they just do not care 💜

I’m probably going to order a different one from Amazon. I even saw this seller had an Amazon store but I’m not going to buy from them because their communication was nonexistent.
