If I was #BlackRock trying to take over the control of #Bitcoin, I would:

1) Run the ETF on fractional reserves

2) so I can more easily crash the price

3) to bankrupt a significant amount of miners

4) so that my share of hashrate that I control is over 50% of the network

5) which I’d use to support a Proof-of-stake fork

6) that will be deemed the real Bitcoin by me and my partners (exchanges, media)

7) then I’d start replenishing my #BTC ETF to full reserves with bitcoins bought on the cheap so me and my partners own more than 50% of the staked BTC.
