Coinbase, a company worth 43 billion dollars, can't figure out how to implement global payments using Bitcoin and Lightning, but I sold two smartphones last week via Nostr. Nostriches are just different.

But they can’t own Lightning for themselves. Open networks are scary, that’s why they’re tightening their grip by making people sign up for their walled-garden payment app.
