Meadowsweet, the Queen of the Meadow of course.
Mädesüß in german, "mäde" maybe from meadow and "süß" means sweet!

The first part, I have it on good authority, traces it's etymology to the ancient drink "mead": fermented honey.
Meadowsweet adds bubbly effervessence during the fermentation process, it's really quite wonderful.
