Saffron in coffee was a game changer for me.
Maybe I should try that. For me cardamom is a game changer - espressos, Turkish/Arabic coffee, latte/cappuccinos.
I’ve also had Turmeric and Ginger in lattes and that’s pretty good. It’s called “Golden Latte”
yeah i add a bit of cardamom as well. I don't have the equipment to do a proper Turkish coffee but I'm brewing it with a bit of cardamom then infusing the half and half with saffron.
I love saffron. When I drank alcohol it was fernet branca.
I had to look that up. That looks amazing.
That looks amazing, I tried Saffron with coffee, tasted quite good. but my coffee wasn't original, nor I had a brewer
